The Perfect Pear

A delicious holiday punch that can be served by the glass or by the bowl.   For larger parties, use the quantities in parenthesis.

2 oz Pear purée (6 C)
.75 oz Cinnamon syrup (18 oz)
.5 oz fresh lemon juice (1.5 C)
1.5 oz bourbon or rye whiskey (or no whiskey for n/a version) – (4 C)
Top with 4oz Ginger Hopwater (8 bottles)

Fall P & T

The perfect Fall drink for the Gin & Tonic lover…a Port & Tonic. It has the same lightness, the same crisp dryness, but just a touch sweeter, and with perfect fall flavors.

1.5 oz Kopke Fine White Port
.5 oz fresh Grapefruit juice
.5 oz fresh Lime juice
Top with 4-6 oz Grapefruit Hopwater
Garnish with rosemary sprig & grapefruit peel
