The Ginger Mimosa and Grapefruit Sparkler mocktails, as seen on New Year’s Day, on Cincinnati’s Fox19 Morning News. Whether to calm your stomach after a season of over-indulging, or just for a refreshingly healthy fruit-juice based drink while you watch the game, these two delicious fruit-juice mocktail recipes will delight adults and kids alike!

Hopwater Ginger Mimosa

Maybe you over-indulged during the holidays; maybe you’re just looking for something light & refreshing for the new year. Either way, the Hopwater Ginger Mimosa is easy to make, delicious and refreshing to drink. (And the ginger will settle your stomach if you did overdo it. We won’t judge.)

1 part Orange Juice
1 part Ginger Hopwater
2 dashes Orange Bitters (or to taste)

Pour ingredients over ice in tall glass, top fresh raspberries, an orange slice, and a rosemary stick to garnish.

Hopwater Grapefruit Sparkler

Just as easy to make, the Hopwater Grapefruit Sparkler is perfectly tart and deliciously sweet. And the cherry & basil garnish adds the perfect zing that’ll make you want to mix this one again and again. (Oh, and the kids love it too!)

1 part Grapefruit Juice
1 part Grapefruit Hopwater
dash Angostura Bitters to taste

Pour ingredients over ice in tall glass, top with Maraschino Cherries, a Grapefruit wedge, and a basil leaf to garnish. (Don’t forget to slap(!) the basil leaf before you put it in, to release the aromatic oils.)
