Summer Rye Fizz Recipe



• 1 oz. Dickel Rye Whiskey
• 1 oz. Cognac
• 1/4 oz. peach simple syrup
• 3/4 oz. Peach Juice
• 2 drops Quillaia Bark Extract (it’s the fizz!)
• 1 ½ oz. Hopwater Original
• Garnish: 2 dashes of fig vinegar and peach sliver


Combine all ingredients into shaker. Strain into glass with a little crushed ice.
Garnish.
